REFUND POLICY

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 days from when you receive the product ordered. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange or store credit. If a period of 14 days has elapsed since receiving your order, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. 

 

  • Exchange requirements:

 

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging

  2. The product must be unused

  3. If your order was received in damaged condition or the wrong item was sent, we will replace the originally purchased item and we will pay for the shipping costs. 

  4. If you’re not in love with your purchase and prefer to exchange your product for another during the 14 days after receiving your item, you may. You will need to pay the shipping costs to return the item and to receive the new item. The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packing material. You will receive store credit for the cost of the returned item for a future purchase. In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange.

 

  • Proof of purchase:

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.

 

  • Sale and clearance items:

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
